Some feature additions and bug fixes for Comic Viewer.

- Improved interoperability with file sharing web sites that use timers / redirects (e.g. megaupload.com)
- Import comic archives from other iPad apps (e.g. Mail, Dropbox)
- Rename Stacks by touching their title in the Toolbar
- Library displays quicker when launching app
- Loading indicator displayed while Library is being populated
- Contact Support via Email from within app via Info screen
- Smoother scrolling of Library
- Fixed issue where items remained checked after leaving Edit mode in Library
