Trouble with Our Apps

We do our best to release intuitive, trouble-free applications, but occasionally something does slip by us. Here's a list of quick things you can check to help insure you have the best experience. If you're having trouble with the initial install, check Apple's Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store.

Keep your OS up to date

We recommend getting the latest Apple software update so that you have access to the newest features and latest bug fixes for your device.

Restart Your Device

A lot of issues are easily resolved by restarting your iPhone or iPod touch. If you are having problems, try this first.

Reinstall the Application

If restarting doesn’t solve the issue, you may want to try redownloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, be aware that deleting an application will also delete all of its data.
